What will happen after the installation?

We provide support if required to ensure all our customers are satisfied, even after the installation.

What will the boiler installation be like?

  1. The engineer will inform you of the estimated time on your selected date.
  2. All necessary items and system/s will be delivered in the morning on the day.
  3. The engineer will remove your old boiler and chemically flush the system.
  4. The engineer will install the new boiler, pipefitting, and equipment tidily.
  5. The engineer will thoroughly check the system and complete all necessary paperwork

What will the air conditioning installation be like?

  1. The engineer will inform you of the estimated time on your selected date.
  2. All necessary items and system/s will be delivered in the morning on the day.
  3. The engineer will assess the location of where the Air Conditioning System will be installed. Usually, the indoor unit is mounted inside your home (wall, ceiling or floor) and the outdoor unit is installed outside (on a wall, roof or ground).
  4. The engineer will install the new Air Conditioning System, pipework, and equipment tidily
  5. The engineer will thoroughly check the system and complete all necessary paperwork.
  6. The engineer will then test the system to ensure it is working correctly.

What is an indoor and outdoor unit?

  • An indoor unit blows cool for into your room and removes heat from the indoor air.
  • An outdoor unit is the part of the Air Conditioning System that is installed outside your home.

Is the engineer Gas Safe and REFCOM registered?

Yes, all engineers are Gas Safe and REFCOM registered. Additionally, our Gas Safe and REFCOM engineers are experienced, qualified, and verified and have undergone all checks to ensure the service you receive is safe and completed at a high level.

Are there any hidden costs?
